SHIPPING INFORMATION


When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email first and then you will receive a FEDEX tracking number via e-mail after your products are shipped

Shipping & Handling Processing Time

  • If your order is placed between Monday and Friday before 12 PM (PDT), the order will be processed and shipped on the same day.
  • If your order is placed between Monday and Friday after 12 PM (PDT), the order will be processed and shipped the next working day.
  • If your order is placed Friday after 12 PM (PDT), the order will be processed and shipped the following working day (mostly next Monday)
  • No Shipping on Weekend

No orders will be accepted unless complete information is provided

  • Valid Email Address
  • Phone Number (including the area code)
  • Valid Credit Card with correct shipping and billing address. If shipping and billing addresses are different, further verification process will be performed. You might get a call from us for a confirmation

Please make sure to go over your information carefully before submitting your orders to us.  We currently accept online orders originating from the US only.


RETURN POLICY

IMPORTANT: You must have a RMA number in order to return any product, for any reason. Any product returned to Lattezone without a valid RMA number clearly indicated will be returned at the expense of the sender.

  • We offer a 30-day return policy on most items based on manufacturer return policies. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed. The customer is entitled to the manufacturer's warranty and we make no additional or independent warranty.

    Our Return Policies are as follows:
  • Unopened: If your item is unopened and factory-sealed, you may return your item to us for a refund of the current product price less 5% credit card processing fee.
  • Opened: If your item has been opened, but is not defective, you may return your item to us for a refund of the current product price less a 15% restocking fee.
  • Defective: If your item is defective, you have three options:
    • You may EXCHANGE your item for an IDENTICAL item at no cost,
    • You may EXCHANGE your item for a DIFFERENT item less a 15% restocking fee, plus the cost of freight.
    • You may RETURN your item to us for a refund of the current product price less a 15% restocking fee.

      If you wish to exchange your selection for a different item, you can return the item to us for a refund per the above policy and simply place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. We do not apply the refunded credit to your new purchase.

     
  • PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns on certain merchandise. Absolutely no returns will be accepted 30 days after the invoice date of the product.
  • Deliveries that are REFUSED and returned to Lattezone are subject to a 15% Handling Fee plus return shipment charges. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
